I kind of like this architecture, I like how that if you were there, that it surrounds you so you can get the real vibe of the artist and his work. I think Gaudi was inspired by a forest because of the columns, they look like trees and the ceiling looks like a canopy, which can be in the forest.
I like this architecture because its very tall and imaginative. Also If i was there you would just keep looking up because it has a wonderful design which you can't take your eyes off. I think Gaudi was inspired by a forest because they are all next to each other and really tall and the ceiling looks like sunflowers.
I dont like this architecture, its very tall and strange and looks out of proportion! Gaudi was proberly inpsired by flowers and trees due to its height and the ceiling design
I actually dont like this kind of architecture it looks abit confusing with all the patterns everywhere. Gaudi was mostly inspired by the nature including flowers in the ceiling and tall trees for the stand (Im guessing palm trees maybe?).
Olivia- I do not like this architecture. this is because it is quite randomly shaped and odd looking. No colour either. i think Gaudi was inspired by tall plants and flowers because of the height and the detail at the top of the building. Looks like the stems of the plants.
i don't really like this architecture as the long columns make it quite creepy. i think that he was inspired by flowers. the columns are like stalks and the ceiling is a bit like flowers. it would be better if it had some colour
Urte: i like and dont ike this architecture. i like it because its very creative but i dont like it because its confusing and maybe have more colour and look a bit clearer i think he was inspired by tall plants or trees for the column parts and the ceiling looks like machanical things, chandiliers or flowers
It instantly reminds reminds me off street lamps in the night. Overall I don't like this architecture by the way it towers over me it would make me feel small.
Dylan: It instantly reminds me off street lamps in the night. Overall I don't like this architecture by the way it towers over me it would make me feel small.
George I like Gaudis buildings because they are very unique and they stand out from all the others. I think natureinspired him because it comes in lots of different shapes and sizes e.g. mushrooms and grass.
Aiyana - I don't think this because its non descriptive and I also agree with Aliyah, it makes it look creepy because of the way the columns are set out. I think he was inspired by flowers as the columns are quite tall like a stalk and the top bit looks a bit like petals.
I don't like gaudi's work because it is either too bright and has lots of contrasting colours on the building or too dull, grey and spooky. The colour of the building reminds me of bones (a subject of some of his other buildings) and ivory, both of which normally have negative connotations. The structure/shape of the building reminds me of the nerve cells in a brain. It has an organic and natural feel to it. Based on what the building reminds me of, I think that Gaudi was influenced by bones or the branching out stems of plants. -Cate
Parvaiz- I don't like this type of Architecture beacuse it looks like scary and creepy. It doesn't even have a colour only white and guadi might be inspirted by bones and long trees and flowers and tall things.
Keisha I like gaudis work because you can see he takes time to look at his work and he thinks about what he wants to do and it is unique from other artists that you see around. I like this architecture because it is different and maybe telling a story or something but he could have had different colours and and different patterns and shapes.
This design looks scary and bold. It hasn't got much colour to it so it doesn't stand out a lot, Gaudi may be inspired by body parts or nature in this building.
i dont like this because its empty and scary but its quite unique to usual buildings . i think he should add more colour to it so its more interesting. Guadis work is quite imposing and bold and really different to a usual building. i think gaudi was inspired by a skeleton or by sea shells.
Gaudi's work is interesting and original but doesn't suit my taste. I think he was inspired by the woods with all the trees so close together. The colours however remind my of teeth and bones. Somehow it also looks a bit like PVA glue. -Priyanka ^.^
I think Gaudi`s work is inspiring to some people.Gaudi thought out of the box.He is unique, orininal, imaginative and obviously artistic.I rhink Gaudi was inspired by origami or thing made out of paper because of its colour and sharp straight edges.Furthermore,I get the vibe or aura of elegancy and very salient. In my opinion i do not dislike him and i do not like this architecture BUT I can admire and praise him for his good art.
I like Gaudi's buildings because they are always unique and don't follow the boring shape of most buildings. There are many curves and bends that really make his buildings stand out. The only criticism I have is that there needs to be more colours, as some of his buildings are quite bland and plain. The building above reminds me of something like a tree, as it is very tall, however the shape and colour reminds me of bones. - Michael
It looks like a tree, as it is so tall. THe shape of the building makes itunique and it stands out from other plain buildings. The colours are very plain.
I think it is a very unique piece of art and I think Gaudi is a very inspirational artist. I think he gets his art work from a different type of nature like this one looks like he got it from a skeleton bones. There are many bones on this building and I think that is why he got it from the idea of a skeleton bone. - Dorian
Evan - what inspired Gaudi is maybe a tree because the pillars look like the the actual tree and the roofing look like leaves and branches. I think that Gaudi has been inspired by plants, animals and even living creature. His creation (idea) looks very bold and abandon. this is my opinion.
I like this piece of architecture because it is interesting and unique;it doesn't follow the usual shapes and sizes of common buildings. I think he was inspired by flowers because of the pillars tall and elongated shape.-Raza
I like gaudis buildings because they inspire me with his amazing shapes and detailed parts of the buildings in his drawings, i could see he's got curves and bends and other designs on his drawings which are done very well and must have put alot of effort to create something stunning and unique. My only critism is he uses too many dull pastel colours in his artwork and could probally use some bright colours to make his work stand out. This picture reminds me of italian buildings with its pillars and modular patterns.
Gresa: I don't really like this building because it doesn't have much colour to it and looks very dull and boring. I think Gaudi was probably influenced by bones because of the colour he has used and the shapes of the different parts of the building.
I personally don't like this specific work of Gaudi despite its unique design because its really creepy and dull. I think he was influenced by a forest when he made this building because it looks very tall from the picture and the bottom half is like a tree trunk and the top half looks like the branches of a tree. It also reminds me of a forest because of how close they are together.
I dont like gaudi's building because it looks to busy, on the other hand it is in detail with unique shapes. he was probably inspired by tall stuff like plants or trees maybe even other buildings.
Daniella: I don't like Gaudis work because although it is creative, it is just one colour. To make it better I would add other colours. I think Gaudi was inspired by skeleton bones.
Architecture is a very good test of the true strength of a society, for the most valuable things in a human state are the irrevocable things—marriage, for instance. And architecture approaches nearer than any other art to being irrevocable, because it is so difficult to get rid of. Regards Agrodut Mandal Dissertation Writing UK
