Year 9 Pop Art Self Portraits

Year 9 students have been exploring the work of the Pop Artists to inspire their self-portraits. Students used a photograph of themselves to complete a linear drawing before creating a background based on their contextual studies.





 

Year 10 Trip - National Portrait Gallery London


Year 10 students recently visited the National Portrait Gallery, London. The purpose of the visit was for students to explore the collection of portraits currently on exhibition and complete some studies directly from the artworks. These studies will inform each student's practice within their current project.
